The Never Miss a Job plan ($260/mo) adds missed-call text-back, voicemail sent to your phone, a call tracking number, a monthly report with your calls and Google listing views, and a quarterly Google listing tune-up.
Yes, local SEO, which is what matters most for trades. SEO just means showing up on Google when people nearby search for what you do. I set up your Google Business Profile, write your page titles, services and service area so Google understands them, and add your business details in the format Google reads. Nobody can honestly promise a #1 ranking, so I don't. I get the basics right, which a lot of local sites miss. Ongoing SEO campaigns (blog posts, backlinks) aren't included.
Every site is built for AI search too (people call it AEO or GEO). Your services, service area, hours and contact details are written and marked up so tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers can understand your business, and your pages answer common customer questions clearly. No one can guarantee an AI will recommend you, but it gives you an edge over competitors whose sites AI can't read as clearly.
On the Never Miss a Job plan you get your own short links and QR codes: one that opens your Google review page and one for your website, plus separate ones for your truck, invoices or yard signs. You print them wherever you like. Every scan and click is counted, so your monthly report shows which ones people actually use. The codes invite every customer to leave a review, which is how Google wants it.
Your new site will score higher than your current one on Google PageSpeed Insights (the mobile score), or at least 90 if you don't have a site yet. I send you both reports. If it doesn't, your first month is free. Speed matters because most people search on their phones, and slow sites make them hit back and call someone else.
5 pages are included, which covers most contractors: Home, Services, About, Service Area and Contact. Want a separate page for each service or town you cover (it helps people find you on Google)? Extra pages are $100 each, one time.

Never Miss a Job features (missed-call text-back, voicemail alerts, trackable QR codes) are added at no extra cost as each one launches, and your price stays $150 instead of $260 for as long as you stay subscribed. No setup fee, 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. Add-ons like extra pages or a Spanish site are billed normally. In return, I ask for honest feedback and a review if it works for you.

Yes. Your customers keep calling the same number. If you don't pick up, the call forwards to your text-back line, which texts the caller back with your business name.
You choose: $0 setup with a 6-month minimum, or $300 setup and cancel anytime. After 6 months, it's month-to-month either way.
You do, always. If you keep it in your own account, you pay its yearly renewal there (usually $10 to $20). If you don't have one, or you'd rather I handle it, I'll register or transfer it in your business's name and the renewal is included in your plan. You can take it back anytime.
Your domain stays yours. After 12 months, you get your website files for free. Before that, they're a one-time $300.
